Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak times or product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding our reach soon—stay tuned!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your address. Email us immediately at support@melaninmelts.com with your order number and the correct address.

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the tracking link in your email or visit our Order Tracking Center and enter your tracking number to check your delivery status.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and shipping speed.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
